Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it right away.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your purchase is successful
- A dispatch notification will be sent once your ghee jar is packed and handed over to our delivery partner
2. Delivery Locations
Currently, Nandini Dairy Farm delivers:
- Within Pune – Fast, local delivery through our own delivery network or trusted courier partners
- Outside Pune (Pan-India) – Delivered through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners
If your pin code is not currently serviceable, our website will notify you at checkout.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

- If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or the order may be returned to us, in which case reshipping charges may apply

- Please do not accept the delivery if damage is visible on the outer package
- If discovered after opening, take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging immediately
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or resolution
